Master Researcher

Backoffice contributor to 3GPP RAN2 standardization in NR and mMTC areas since Release 16. A particular focus was reserved in coordinating cross working group issues and preparing a solid concept basis for argumentation.

Two-year experience as team leader of the feature team handling MTC standardization activities. During this time I learned how to enable a successful and productive work environment for all team members, basic elements of project management and I completed the Ericsson Leaders Core Curriculum (LCC) course.

Involved in 6G research and internal strategy discussions regarding NTN with a particular focus on satellites. During this time, I had the chance to be task leader in the 6G-SKY EU project with a focus on 3D architectures for terrestrial users.

In the context of the NTN activities, I developed a system level simulator for NTN scenarios based on MATLAB and employing several mathematical and statistical models for interference estimation and scheduling as well as a realistic global coordinate system and elements of orbital mechanics. This simulator allowed a better internal understanding of the NTN area.

Over 20 publications and filed patents were published during my time in Ericsson — a detailed list is maintained on the Publications page.

Ericsson Leadership Core Curriculum (LCC)

The Leaders Core Curriculum (LCC) is Ericsson’s foundation-level leadership development program that focuses on developing the core leadership capabilities needed to drive performance. Over the course of this 15-week program, leaders develop their self-awareness, learn how to flex their leadership style, understand what drives and motivates a team, and how to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrix organization.
